For an additional £15 per pair (to be paid at time of initial order), we will sign you up to “The Silverback Sunglasses #neverlose plan”.
HOW MANY PAIRS CAN I REPLACE?
You will be entitled to replace your broken or lost Silverback sunglasses twice a year for 3 years if you sign up to “The Silverback Sunglasses #neverlose plan”.
WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO GIVE IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO MY SILVERBACK SUNGLASSES?
Please drop us an email firstname.lastname@example.org, with a brief explanation as to how you lost / damaged your Silverback’s, along with your order number and we’ll gladly send you an identical replacement pair as per above. You do not need to return damaged Silverback sunglasses.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR POSTAGE?
Yes. You will be liable to cover cost of postage, for each replacement pair of Silverback sunglasses we send you.
We trust you’ll do the right thing, but anyone found to be misrepresenting any information sent to Silverback Sunglasses Ltd, may be subject to legal action.
Silverback Sunglasses Ltd shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions and Silverback Sunglasses Ltd also reserves the right to cancel this offer if circumstances arise outside of its control.
Silverback Sunglasses Ltd decision is final in all cases.
