What do I do if I cancel my order?
We’re sorry that it’s not possible to make changes to your order once you’ve placed it. If you’d like to order additional items, please place a new order.
If your order has already been despatched or delivered, then you'll need to follow our Returns procedure in the event of any unwanted items.
Consumer contract regulations
This legislation offers you the following cancellation rights when you buy online or by phone:
You are entitled to cancel your contract if you so wish, provided that you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods or services.
If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you are obliged to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your contract by a clear statement, including details of your name, geographical address, details of the order you wish to cancel and your email address.
If you decide to cancel, you should return the goods to us at your cost within 14 days of such cancellation and we will reimburse to you (by the method used to pay for the original transaction) the amount in relation to goods to which cancellation rights apply. This excludes the cost of delivery.
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement no later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied

Do you deliver to BFPO or PO Box Address?
Sorry, but we’re unable to deliver to BFPO addresses, and we reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe that the address is not secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box.
How much does it cost?
How long does it take?
Delivery aims vary depending on the country and the carrier, but generally average out at 1-7 days.
Delivery aims are based on working days Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. This will vary according to the country of destination.
Delivery aims can be influenced by external factors such as extreme weather conditions, strikes, peak periods, war or national elections.
Does the delivery need to be signed for?
In some cases, yes, but this depends on the local carrier and the value of the order. We advise you to assume that someone needs to be there to sign for the parcel if possible when you enter the address for delivery.
Duty payments and customs
Products delivered to destinations outside the EU may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges, which are imposed by local legislation. The recipient of the products is responsible for all customs formalities for their export and import, and will be required to pay any additional charges, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges. The recipient of the goods, not the person who's ordered them, will receive a separate request for payment of these charges.
If you're ordering products to be delivered to someone else, please make sure they're aware they'll be responsible for these additional charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we're unable to offer any assistance on these processes. We'd advise that you check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products to be delivered there.
